Салат с сельдереем и грецким орешком для зимнего стола: рецепт

Рецепт салата с сельдереем © пресс-служба

Узнаваемый кулинар Ян Нгуен в эфире телеканала “дом” приготовил смачный и питательный салат из сельдерея с грецким орешком. Но это не все скрытые ингредиенты, записывай!

Ингредиенты:

  • 100 г стебля сельдерея
  • 100 г зеленоватых яблок
  • кинза
  • 50 г греческого йогурта
  • 15 г зернистой горчицы
  • соль
  • перец
  • грецкие орешки

Изготовление:

  • Сельдерей и яблоки порезать соломкой. Измельчить кинзу и грецкие орешки.
  • Смешать сельдерей, яблоко, кинзу, горчицу с греческим йогуртом.
  • Добавить соль и перец по вкусу.
  • Подавать салат, украсив размельченными грецкими орешками. Приятного аппетита!
